This is a summary of benefits offered by Graebel to regular, full-time administrative employees. These Plans are more fully described in the Summary Plan Descriptions, insurance booklets, and underlying insurance contracts which govern the administration of these Plans. Benefits begin on the first of the month coinciding with or following your date of hire as a regular full-time employee, unless otherwise noted in this brochure.
401(k)
The Company offers a qualified 401(k) Plan with a wide variety of investment options.
Medical & Dental Insurance
Benefits include two comprehensive PPO programs with network physicians and co-payments for office visits and pharmacy. A dental indemnity Plan is offered. Child orthodontia is available. The Company pays a significant portion of the cost of insurance. Premiums for medical and dental insurance are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Health & Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
A pre-tax account for health care and dependent care expenses is offered for up to $5000 per account. Plan is governed by federal guidelines.
Life Insurance
Employees are covered by a term life insurance policy which provides a death benefit equal to two times your annual salary up to $250,000. This benefit is paid 100% by the Company.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
The Company provides additional Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at two times your annual salary up to $250,000 at no cost to you.
Additional Life Benefits
You may elect life insurance coverage for yourself, spouse and child(ren) at group rates.
Salary Continuance & Long-Term Disability
The Company provides a short-term salary continuance program after one year of service for short term disabilities lasting up to 26 weeks. An insured long-term disability program is provided to administrative employees after 26 weeks of disability at 60% of pay. This benefit is paid by the Company with an option for the employee to pay the premium to reduce income taxes on benefits received through this Plan.
PTO
Employees are provided with a bank of Paid Time Off. Time accrues starting with an employee's date of hire.
Holidays
The Company offers seven paid holidays a year.
Other Leaves
The Company offers other leave programs such as FMLA, bereavement, military leave, jury and witness duty leave, and personal leaves of absence.
Tuition Reimbursement
The Company provides a tuition reimbursement program after one year of service with satisfactory performance.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Graebel offers an EAP program for employees and dependents at no cost. The Plan allows up to four (4) counseling sessions for personal problems ranging from substance abuse to legal issues.
Voluntary Benefits
Employees may purchase voluntary benefits for auto insurance, homeowners and renters insurance, legal plan, pet insurance and banking services.
Discounted Child Care
Graebel has contracts with national child care firms for discounted child care.
