PURPOSE OF JOB:
To assist with the daily activities which manage the Graebel International quality process. Assists with maintaining the documented quality processes, in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and FIDI Accredited International Mover (FAIM) audit standards. Compile and evaluate the daily information received from Graebel’s quality evaluation program. Receives and analyzes all alert responses of action alerts, yellow alerts and red alerts in order to recommend service improvement strategies. Conduct investigation and distribute action items to Graebel providers and overseas partners when service failures arise.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate the activities relative to the
ISO quality and environment management,
IPQC process and action alerts.
Processes GMII New Employee Training
and organizes training records.
Provides analysis of quality system
information and provides service
improvement strategies including
performing preventive and corrective
actions.
Document and communicate all changes to current processes including the development and maintenance of related manuals.
Assist with applicable audit documentation and reports for ISO and FAIM.
Organize and schedule periodic ISO
management meetings.
Other special projects as assigned:
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration or equivalent relevant
experience.
Experience: 3-5 years quality management experience. Experience performing auditing functions and managing quality program is a plus. Experience in an international moving and storage company preferred.
Licenses/Certifications/Specialized
Training:
Working knowledge of Windows/Office
and associated software. International
Move Specialist certification is completed
once employment commences.
