Graebel announced this week that Dale Collins, Senior Vice President
Graebel Movers International, Inc. has become a board member of The Overseas Shipping Association (OSA). OSA is an organization that offers commercial services such as ocean and airfreight contract negotiation to international household goods and relocation companies.
This year, after OSA expanded its available board, Dale was officially appointed as an OSA board member. Being a member of OSA, Graebel gains access to the most competitive ocean freight rates in the industry. “Graebel has been a firm supporter of OSA for a long time and supports our programs with high volumes. With Dale Collins’ considerable experience in international moving and storage he was the obvious choice to fill our new board position,” Oliver Ward, Commercial Director, OSA.
The board is comprised of seven members from all over the globe. With Dale on the board, Graebel will participate in setting policy and strategy for OSA’s future direction.
Dale oversees every aspect of Graebel’s international freight forwarding activity. Dale has over 22 years’ industry experience and has lived all over the world. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Economics and Mathematics, he received his MBA from Regent University. He speaks French, Italian, and Spanish and has extensive global travel experience, having lived and worked overseas for years (Milan, Italy; Paris, France; Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
