DENVER – March 29, 2006 – Graebel Companies, Inc. announced this week that Don Rankin has joined Graebel as Vice President of Business Development. Rankin will focus primarily on developing business opportunities for Graebel’s relocation services, both domestic and international, in the Northeastern United States.

In his positions prior to Graebel, Rankin was instrumental in securing major client contracts throughout the U.S. and Canada and was the recipient of numerous awards for exceeding sales and financial targets. Rankin began his career in the relocation industry as an account executive at London-based Michael Gerson LTD, a key Graebel Relocation Alliance partner. Rankin later joined MI Group in Toronto, Canada as a manager of corporate sales, and then led the company’s business development initiative in Chicago as vice president of the Midwest region. There, he built a substantial client base for the firm. Most recently Rankin led the global business development team at The MI Group, relocating with his family to New Jersey.

“We are very delighted to have Don join our rapidly expanding team of relocation industry experts,” said Bill Graebel, President and COO of Graebel. “Don has a high profile in the industry and is well respected as an industry thought leader; many of our Relocation Alliance partners have called to offer their congratulations that he is on board and helping drive Graebel’s footprint in the global mobility arena.”

“The decision to join Graebel was an easy one because I feel the company is ahead of the industry in many regards,” said Rankin. “For instance, Graebel’s technology and the depth of its relocation service offerings are superior to anything else I’d seen offered before. I was also very impressed by the management team at Graebel, which I think is leading the company in exactly the right direction. I’m thrilled to be a part of Graebel’s future successes.”

Rankin lives in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters, and is an avid bicyclist.
