 (Aurora, CO)  Experiencing year over year double-digit growth, Graebel has enhanced its management team structure to further drive excellence and to deepen and develop its client relationships.  To effectuate this strategy, Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide announced these promotions effective immediately for its full-service client relations management team. 


Patty Wachter CRP, GMS accepted the Assistant Vice President Client Relations role, and will lead the management team for Graebel clients headquartered in the U.S. northwest.  With Graebel three years, Wachter originally joined the company as Client Relations Manager.  Her background includes twenty years in the real estate industry, and ten years in full-service relocation.  Prior to joining Graebel in 2005, Wachter was an Account Executive at SIRVA.


Promoted to Senior Director, Client Relations Jeff Pearce CRP will guide several key client relations teams, also headquartered in Denver.  With over eleven years in relocation, Pearce joined Graebel in 2007, as Client Relations Manager.


Kris Herring CRP was elevated to a Senior Director, Client Relations.  He will continue to manage his present client relations team, and will be responsible for the successful on boarding and development of future client relations management teams based in Denver.  Herring’s extensive experience includes five years with Cartus as Global Account Manager, and he has held management positions at AIReS and Odyssey Relocation. 


Appointed to Director, Strategic Client Services, Michelle Mara CRP, GMS will guide a client relations team, and will continue as the Global Client Relations Manager for one of the Company’s high-volume, globally-active clients.  Mara has well over a decade of relocation industry experience, and she has been instrumental in the review, analysis and recommendation of cost-saving and service enhancements of clients’ single and tiered policies. 


All new appointees will report directly to six-year company veteran, Bobbie Hill, Senior Vice President.  Hill is a direct report to Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide President, Don Watson, SCRP, GMS. 


In addition to these appointments, Graebel Relocation Services announced Stuart Burgon joined the organization as its Vice President.  Burgon replaces Rita Wagner, who returned to Europe with another firm.  He is transforming processes in international assignment services.  Like other Graebel divisions year over year business growth Burgon will ensure world class service visa vi recruiting and training international customer service staff members.  Burgon is a direct report to Watson.
