GRAEBEL ANNOUNCES VICE PRESIDENT OF SHARED SERVICES AND GENERAL MANAGER

Denver, CO – December 03, 2004 – Graebel Companies, Inc., announced the promotions of David Kordonowy to Vice President of Shared Services and Greg Sizemore to General Manager, respectively.

Mr. Kordonowy previously held the position of General Manager of Graebel North and South Carolina. Mr. Kordonowy brings more than twenty years of relocation and accounting experience to his new position based in Wausau, Wisconsin, where he will be responsible for implementing, organizing and leading the Shared Services Division for Graebel Companies, Inc.

Mr. Sizemore, an 8-year Graebel veteran, previously held the positions of Regional Vice President of Sales and earlier was General Manager of Graebel Dallas Movers. He brings more than 17 years of industry experience into his new position, and is a Certified Relocation Professional of the Employee Relocation Council.
