Graebel Expands Eckes and Serrano’s Roles at the Central Wisconsin Center

(Aurora, COLO) – This week, Troy Handrick, claims services director at the Graebel Companies, Inc., has announced two appointments in his department that is based in the Company’s Midwest-based shared services’ headquarters in Wausau, WI. Effective immediately, the two relocation industry and Graebel veterans, Barb Eckes and Theresa Serrano, will each be dedicated to certain Graebel service lines at the privately-held global relocation company that originated more 60-years ago in Wausau, WI.  Both will continue report to Handrick.

Barb Eckes has been promoted to settlement manager and will head the U.S. domestic corporate and consumer clients’ household goods claims team. A fourteen year Graebel employee, Eckes’ most recent role was supervisor in this department. 

Claims settlement manager, Theresa Serrano, will now be responsible for managing the resolutions for the Company’s Fortune 500 and private consumers’ international moving and storage services that are provided in 153 countries; and, the lower 48-state military and subrogation claims handling along with resolution management for the organization’s commercial workplace services division.
