DENVER (May 14, 2004) — This week Graebel Companies, Inc. announced the promotion of Tom Sims to Chief Administrative Officer from Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Graebel Companies, Inc.

Mr. Sims, a seven-year Graebel veteran, will continue to lead the Human Resources and training efforts for the organization. In addition, he will oversee the organization’s administrative functions, including Accounting Operations, Transportation Economics, Risk Management, Corporate Customer Service, Safety & Driver Development, Facilities Management and Purchasing.
