McKeon Joins Graebel to Lead eLearning at University

Denver - June 16, 2007

(Denver, CO)  Graebel announced that James McKeon has joined the company as the Manager of eLearning for Graebel University.  McKeon will manage the development of training, creation of learning content (both hard-copy and electronic media), and the evaluation of training programs and processes by working with subject matter experts throughout Graebel.

“A high priority for James will be the implementation of the Graebel new web-based Learning Management System that will provide “just-in-time” training on any topic 24/7 with real-time tracking of all training activities,” said Tom Sims, SPHR, SR, Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer.

Prior to joining Graebel, McKeon was Managing Director of a web strategy business in Denver.  Before relocating to Denver in 2003, he was eLearning Manager for MetLife in New York for 10 years.

McKeon graduated from Rutgers University and has a Certificate in Internet Technology from New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He is a member of Denver Metro E-Learning Developers, American Society for Training & Development and the eLearning Guild.
