(Aurora, Colorado) - October 6, 2008 - Graebel Companies, Inc. today announced that company veteran Tom Sims has accepted a new position as Senior Vice President of International Assignment Operations at Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. reporting to President Don Watson.

Sims' new role is driven in part by the rapid expansion of international activity at the company's full-service relocation division. In his new role Sims will have overall responsibility for the world-class delivery of global mobility services to Fortune 500 companies and their employees around the world. It will be his responsibility to further increase international relocation service operational efficiencies and client relations beyond their already high levels.

Sims, who has been with the company for 11 years, has held several executive positions at the organization including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Chief Administrative Officer.

He has more than 30 years of business experience. His resume includes international assignment management for three NYSE companies: The Williams Companies, a multi-billion dollar energy company in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Reading & Bates Corporation, a billion dollar offshore drilling and energy production company in Tulsa; and ENSCO, a multi-billion dollar offshore and land drilling company in Dallas. At each company Sims was responsible for significant international activity in his capacity as head of relocation services, human resources and relocation services procurement, particularly for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His other international experience includes developing employee benefit plans for the U.K., the purchase of operations in Canada, and time spent living overseas.

Sims is an honors graduate of California State University at Long Beach. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
