AURORA, COLO. — Graebel Movers, Inc., a division of the Graebel Companies, Inc., recently appointed John Torkos as general manager of the Graebel Northeastern office, located in Randolph, New Jersey. Torkos is responsible for managing the moving and storage operations for household goods and commercial workplace business, and residential consumer moving services for this established Graebel center that serves the New Jersey and the Tri-state area, including New York City. Torkos reports to Greg Cutlip, Sr., president of Graebel Movers, Inc.
Torkos has over 20 years of corporate relocation experience, most recently as vice president of corporate relocation for an agent of Allied Van Lines. During his six years with that agency, he developed their national account business and facilitated the sales and moving services for some of their biggest clients. Torkos holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Montclair State University. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC), CoreNet Global, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the United Way Morris County Real Estate Legacy Council in New Jersey.
