Dunlap Promoted to Vice President of Operational Excellence and Customer Experience at Graebel

(Aurora, CO)- The global relocation company, Graebel Companies, Inc., has chosen Ron Dunlap to be its vice president of operational excellence and customer experience.This is a new executive leadership position at this rapidly expanding organization with relocation centers throughout the U.S., Canada, Prague, the Czech Republic, and Singapore.With Graebel since January 2009, Dunlap was first tapped as its vice president strategic sourcing.“Dunlap’s nine years experience in global mobility effectively overseeing diverse functional areas from IT, operations, client and vendor management, reporting, quality performance, planning, and analysis make him uniquely suited for this role,” stated Graebel chief operating officer, Tim Callahan.
Reporting to Callahan, Ron Dunlap is charged with the oversight of critical disciplines related to the overall Company performance.These disciplines include vendor management, quality, operational intelligence, client reporting and strategic business programs.His team’s activities will focus on development and implementation of strategic projects to further enhance the Company’s global operations with primary focus placed on ensuring world-class experiences for Graebel clients and their relocating assignees.
After his four-year commitment with the U.S. Air Force, Dunlap earned a Bacehlor of Artsin Psychology from Wichita State University and a Masters and Doctorate in Experimental Psychology and Statistics from Texas Tech University.Following graduation, he returned to government service as a research scientist for the Department of Defense.More recently, Dunlap held management roles at Hewlett-Packard, Intel, and Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services prior to joining Graebel.
