|(Aurora, COLO) – Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. has announced its sponsorship of the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) Americas’ EMMA award: Best Global Mobility Team in the Technology sector. This marks the first-time that Graebel has sponsored an EMMA award which will be determined by a panel of judges in the industry who were selected by FEM. Each company in this category was anonymously nominated, then reached the finalist stage following its submittal of the required entry paperwork. According to the FEM, this category celebrates how an in-house global mobility international assignment Human Resource team in the technology or telecommunications industry has worked together to deliver its objectives and benefits that support the business strategies of their organization.
Six companies have been identified as the finalist in the Best Global Mobility Team in Technology for 2012, and these firms are: Akamai, Cisco, Discovery Communications, Autodesk, Dell and First Data.
Approximately 500 entrants were submitted for this year’s Americas regional EMMA awards. Among the three categories for which it was anonymously nominated, Graebel is a finalist in each:
In its announcement of the 24 EMMA categories’ finalists, the Forum for Expatriate Management reiterated all finalists will be assessed by an independent judging panel. Results will be announced during the EMMA gala dinner during the annual FEM Global Mobility Summit that will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada next month.
