GRAEBEL APPOINTS KOCKEN TO DIRECTOR, GLOBAL TALENT MANAGEMENT

(Aurora, COLO USA) Mary Stoik Dymond SPHR, CCP, GRP, HCS, senior vice president of human resources of the Graebel Companies, Inc. has recently promoted Elizabeth Kocken GPHR, GMS to global talent management director. Kocken will now be responsible for the implementation of the Company’s international talent management and programs.
With Graebel for five years, Kocken has been steadily promoted within the human resources team having started as a human resources generalist, then senior human resources generalist. Most recently, as the global human resources manager she has been instrumental in the design and expansion of cost-effective global talent management programs in the Graebel regional centers that are located in Prague, Singapore and Shanghai.
In the human resources field for nearly a decade, Kocken holds the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR) certification and Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS) designation. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
