(Aurora, COLO) – This week, Graebel has appointed Raymond D. Quist SCRP to Vice President Business Development at Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc., an award-winning full-service global mobility company. Reporting to business development senior vice president Kathy Hedley, Quist will be responsible for acquiring new global mobility clients for Graebel.

With over three decades experience in the relocation industry, Quist was recognized for his leadership and for excellence in real estate in the Who’s Who Cambridge directory in 2010. In 2009, he formed and was the chief executive officer of the Wayzata, Minnesota-based Relocation Realty Service, Inc. (RRS). OneSource™, a web-based tracking and communication system at RRS, was launched for its forty-five corporate development consultants that provide services in twenty-five states and created a 200-plus real estate agent network during that start-up firm’s first nine months. Concurrently, while forming RRS Quist was a relocation industry consultant.
Prior to RRS, Quist was the co-founder and vice president and treasurer of BC Xperts (BCX) and BC Investments, LLC (BCI). Quist is also credited for founding Corporate Transfer Service (CTS) in 1982; and, was the CTS chief executive officer and president until 1998.
From 1999 to 2003, Quist was with the relocation company, SIRVA, where he served as its cooperative resource services’ senior vice president. Quist’s leadership resulted in his sales team closing more new business than the combined four other business development teams at SIRVA in 2002.
A 1969 graduate of the Minnesota School of Business, Quist also holds the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation. An active, multi-year WERC member, Quist has served on its Inaugural Industry Advisory Council, the Relocation Professional Certification and Appraisal Review committees and his efforts were honored by WERC for with Meritorious and two Distinguished Service awards.
