1ST RUNNER-UP FOR INTERNATIONAL MOVING COMPANY OF THE YEAR BESTOWED IN SINGAPORE
(Aurora, COLO USA) This week, Graebel was recognized with the 2014 first runner-up award for International Moving Company of the Year at the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) APAC regional summit. The Expatriate Management & Mobility Award (EMMA) was presented during the FEM gala awardsceremony that took take place in Singapore at the Orchard Hotel on October 14, 2014.
The FEM organization holds summits in the APAC, EMEA and Americas’ regions, as a forum for human resource and talent management executives to discuss their globally active corporations’ relocation and mobility programs and to review findings from the Annual Survey Report conducted by FEM. The Summits conclude with a black-tie awards event that honors corporate programs and industry leaders. A panel from a diverse array of global industries independently review nominations and select each category’s finalists and ultimately the award winners for each Summit.
Representing the Graebel Singapore center at the FEM APAC Summit were Michael Johnson, vice president and Akhbar Hameed, international operations manager.
Johnson presented the Graebel Relocation-sponsored EMMA award for the 2014 Best Global Mobility Program in the Technology/Media Sector to the first place award winning firm, Ericsson Australia PTY Ltd.
