(Aurora COLO USA) – Graebel Relocation executives Tim O’Shea vice president worldwide consulting services, and Scott Sullivan managing director APAC region were recently featured in two articles published in HRO Today and HRO Global Magazines, respected for outsourced human resource and talent management news and conferences worldwide.
In the September edition feature article, “Measuring Mobility – The value of global relocation assignments can be a complicated calculation,” O’Shea sheds light on how globally active corporations quantify return on investment (ROI) for international assignments. He said, “When companies start to create models that enable them to tie HR metrics to mobility metrics, you’ll see a transformation in how this industry talks about ROI.” More expertise from O’Shea, plus the entire article can be found here: http://www.hrotoday.com/news/engaged-workforce/relocation/measuring-mobility/#sthash.bY4UuzuW.dpuf.
Following a conference where Sullivan was a guest speaker in Singapore, in HRO Today, “Reaction Round Up” he commented, “The more progressive companies are moving the mobility function to talent, so a number of our client contacts for the mobility level, used to report under compensation and benefits, but now report into talent.” The article in its entirety can be located here: http://www.hrotoday.com/news/evidence-based-hr/reaction-round-up/#sthash.J6aYKGWJ.dpuf.
