(Aurora, COLO USA) – Today, Graebel Relocation senior vice president operational excellence Myrla Lance has named Tonya Porath CRP, CERC, Matt Ockels CRP, and Brian Hettinger to the Implementation team. Led by Lance, each implementation manager will be accountable for the successful transition and implementation of new client relocation and mobility programs that are administered by Graebel, an industry-leading global management firm.
Poised for accelerated global growth, these latest appointments reflect the organization’s approach to its highly personalized service and communication model that begins with the alignment of processes and the expectations of every client, its work groups; and, conveyance of information with client-dedicated intra-Graebel global teams and the company’s global supplier network.
According to Lance, “Tonya, Matt and Brian were selected for their proven ability to assess unique situations and for their deep understanding about a client’s cross-functional and often stand-alone departments or global divisions with differing policies and relocation programs which call for collaboration and expert consultations. More than their total combined 41 years’ industry experience, each is eager to provide guidance and offer support for each client no matter the program’s complexity or the amount of in-person travel that may be required for each implementation to be successful.”
