The HRO Today is an industry-leading publication that features in-depth articles for Human Resource, Talent Management, Procurement and senior executives of leading corporations and the global supply chain. Annually, it conducts independent, confidential Baker’s Dozen surveys for which corporations rank their third party suppliers for best of the best in customer service, value, depth and breadth of services. According to the HRO Today website, the Relocation Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from global mobility buyers. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey. The overall ranking results were analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.
