At Graebel, we have created a culture and work environment that attracts and retains life-long learners who have the soul and spirit of a care giver and who embrace the duty of care that is associated with gracefully and successfully relocating the senior leaders and facilities of the world’s most successful companies.
I am truly grateful for and impressed by the extraordinary efforts our people routinely display in their delivery of service, that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. Ultimately, peace of mind from the beginning to the end of the relocation process, is a major deliverable our colleagues work to provide for the benefit of our customers.
Additionally, we seek to employ colleagues who are stimulated in an environment of change. Given our role as an out-sourced program manager for hundreds of major corporations, it requires a degree of agility on our part to continually anticipate and also react to the changes in our clients’ global workforce needs and priorities.
Similarly, we also seek people who can spot trends and provide solid analysis on the consumptive behavior of our clients, in an effort to provide helpful and forward looking business metrics that generates a competitive advantage for our customer’s businesses, as they compete evermore intensely in the global marketplace.
In total, we seek people who want to leave the world a better place than they found it. They may work in the relocation industry, but really at the core they care about others, they embrace accountability, and understand the context of the duty of care in the relocation industry, requires that today’s best is tomorrow’s minimum standard!
