Home Sale Services
Graebel offers buyer value option (BVO), guaranteed buyout option (GBO)/amended value option (AVO) and direct reimbursement home sale programs. In our administration of these programs, Graebel follows the 11 key elements of a relocation real estate transaction, created by the Worldwide ERC®, for tax treatment purposes.
Graebel’s focus is on driving employee generated sales through our home sale programs however there are times that homes go into inventory. The core of our proprietary inventory management process focuses on evaluating the home and developing a customized strategy to obtain an offer quickly and for the most competitive price.
Graebel offers property management services designed to meet the specific needs of transferring employees. Our services include vacant home management, tenant management, administrative and account services. The service is provided through a dedicated network of localized field experts as well as licensed real estate professionals.
Graebel provides home acquisition and resale closing services by coordinating and executing the process from transferee offer acceptance to new buyer close date. This service includes; managing and overseeing the title search and clearance, equity calculation and payment, resale close coordination and execution, HUD-1 approval and seller listing, and property expense management and accounting.
