Maintain the experience: Identify areas where cost efficiencies can be implemented without impact to the employee experience; define what drives satisfaction/dissatisfaction among employees.
Establish cost savings: Prioritize the ideas you have established and the areas where cost savings will be incorporated within the mobility program based on financial impact, timeline and effort.

Nowzad serves as Vice President, Operations – India, leading Graebel’s operations across India and overseeing the Bengaluru office. Since joining Graebel in June 2019 as an account manager, he has advanced through a series of leadership roles, leveraging his extensive India-centric knowledge and market expertise to support operational excellence, team development, and exceptional service for Graebel’s clients and partners.

With more than 20 years of experience in global mobility, relocation, account management, and operations, Nowzad brings deep expertise in managing complex mobility programs and building high-performing teams. His background includes more than a decade in senior leadership positions focused on account development, client service, and operational management. Prior to joining Graebel, he served as associate vice president of client services for another relocation management company.

Born and raised in Mumbai, Nowzad holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in marketing and finance from Symbiosis University. He also holds Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designations through WERC®.
