Ron was named President of Graebel in 2019 and CEO in 2024, leading strategic planning, technology investment, and initiatives that strengthen culture, growth, and client experiences while upholding a duty of care rooted in honor and integrity. Previously serving as COO, he oversaw global operations, IT, supply chain, and client services, contributing to Graebel’s international expansion and technology leadership. A seasoned mobility expert with nine years of industry experience before joining Graebel, Ron also served in the U.S. Air Force and later as a Department of Defense research scientist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wichita State University and master’s and doctorate degrees in experimental psychology and statistics from Texas Tech University.
