Elevating the Customer Experience and Honoring Top Performers at Graebel’s 2017 Relocation Alliance Conference
During the first week of October, Graebel hosted its 17th annual Supplier’s Conference to collaborate with and honor the company’s top service providers from around the globe.
Leaders from over 200 of Graebel’s Relocation Alliance Network supplier companies joined the Graebel staff in Denver for work sessions around the theme of “Customer Obsession.”
Graebel continues to raise the bar for customer service for its clients and within the Mobility industry itself. The 2017 conference was an excellent opportunity to learn from the supplier community about new initiatives in this area as well as reinforce with them the standards of excellence we have come to expect as they serve Graebel’s clients and their mobile employees.
In a unique element of this year’s agenda, Mobility Program directors from three of Graebel’s key customers led and facilitated several of the sessions. They shared information about customer obsession initiatives within their own companies and described the levels of customer service they want to see from relocation service providers when working with their assignees and transferees.
As in previous years, the conference featured an awards ceremony honoring the Graebel Relocation Alliance top suppliers for their superior service in a number of specific areas over the past year. Two of Graebel’s own top performers were also honored at the gala. Please congratulate all of the 2017 Graebel Golden Globes Awards winners for their service excellence.
